• A one-off levy of IDR 150,000 per international tourist, not a nightly tax. Domestic tourists do not pay it.
• Pay only on the official portal lovebali.baliprov.go.id (or via an authorised agent): you receive a voucher by email.
• The official portal has an 'Apply Exemption' form for exempt categories; the list of exemptions is set by the regulation and is not reproduced here.

Who collects it: Paid online on the official Love Bali portal (or through its authorised collecting agents), not at the hotel.
